Right Now
• Complete the Commitment Form – include the name of the wing you’re entering
• Email your high-resolution logo to maitlandwingfling@gmail.com
• Share your social media handles (Instagram/Facebook)
Staff & Booth Setup
• Bring 2–3 staff members per booth
• Branded tablecloth or banner recommended
• Business cards or promotional materials welcome
Wings & Equipment
• Expect ~500 guests; bring at least 300 wing portions + garnishes
• 25–30 restaurants total
• Bring chafing dishes and Sternos to keep wings hot
• Serving utensils required
• Cooking on-site? Bring all necessary equipment and notify us at maitlandwingfling@gmail.com
We Provide
• 10×10 weighted tent per vendor
• Pre-event exposure on social media & website
• Disposable tasting plates and napkins
• Chance to win “People’s Choice – Best Wings in Orlando”
Event Day Timeline
• 3:00 PM – Booth setup begins
• 4:30 PM – All vehicles removed from event area
• 5:00 PM – VIP guests arrive
• 6:00 PM – General admission opens
• 8:00 PM – Awards ceremony
• 9:00 PM – Event ends
• 9:00–10:00 PM – Booth breakdown
• 10:30 PM – All booths/equipment must be cleared
